It’s 2018 and we wanted to gather a list of employment posting opportunities where 13 year old teenagers can make good money working at legitimate online job (while still attending school). Let’s face it, there aren’t many jobs out there that employ 13 year old teens. At thirteen, kids are too young to apply for typical employment postings (although they can work many small jobs). But cheer up, you do have other opportunities where 13 yo teens can apply for employment postings. There are legit online employment posts you can apply for when you’re 13 y/o (some with the help of a family member and/or other adult for assistance).

Online employment postings have a bad reputation. Many are labelled as scams. Some of it deserved and some not. The "work at home" scams have been around for decades. Employment postings labelled "stuffing envelopes" are still around and people are still getting scammed by them. By the way, we haven’t been able to find even one legitimate envelope stuffing job in any of our investigation!

We thought that it was time to sift through all the scams and offer a list of legitimate online employment posts that 13 year olds could apply for. We hope you find it useful. The employers who hire you can sometimes be very picky and you will have to redo your work at times (even if you think it’s right). But overall it’s a very legit place to find employment opportunities.

You may decide you only want to work part time for a few hours on the weekend. You may earn as little as $25 one month and then $200 the next. Odesk

Odesk recently bought Freelancer so they’re owned by the same company now. Employers usually prefer either Odesk or Freelancer so to maximize your opportunities, it’s best to start profiles on both websites for the best chance of being hired on a consistent basis. It was a tough choice deciding on whether to add taking surveys to our list of legit online job opportunities. Many are scams but some can legitimately employ a 13 year old. Sell on eBay
