The Laundress
The Laundress was founded by two women who wanted an easier way to take care of their stylish and often expensive clothing. In the journey to invent a safer, easier and more environmentally friendly laundry detergent, they discovered that over 90% of items that have a dry-clean only label can actually be washed at home. This revelation helped them realize they could save consumers hundreds of dollars a year in cleaning expenses, plus reduce their exposure to nasty chemicals. Today, the store stocks a variety of products to take care of your laundry, kitchen and general washing needs.
